1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2/3 cup crushed potato chips
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, potato chips, butter salt, salt and pepper. Pour potato mixture over cheese. Cover dish with aluminum foil because foam will expand when baking.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until the potatoes hold the baked potato filling.
