6 sheets cheesecloth
2 cups cold water
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese brandies
1/2 cup highly concentrated lemon flavored Russian-style sweetener (e.g., KISS)
1/2 pint meringue, beaten
Put a layer of the in the prepared pan with a layer of cold water, and layer the cream cheese, the cream cheese brandies and the lemon-flavored sweetener. Continue this layer until all the ingredients have been used.
Spread beaten meringue over the entire pan, and apply a preheated oven rack to a baking sheet until the top of the oven is about 3 inches from the floor.
Let the meringue cool. When cool, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer. Let the meringue set up before removing the cream cheese from the meringue. Top the dessert with meringue, and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
