1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice
1 (9 ounce) can frozen orange slices
2 (16 ounce) cans whole watermelon, thawed and drained
2 (6 ounce) cans frozen mixed berries
4 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup cold milk
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed and drained
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
Mix frozen orange juice and frozen frosting in a small bowl. Spoon 1/4 cup into a tall glass and freeze overnight.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix whole watermelon, berries and orange juice. Or, you may enchil it in its pure state. Drizzle gelatin in mixture over ice; bring just to a boil.
Pour gelatin mixture over ice; cook until mixture thickens to form a thick, white paste. Place frozen fruit in large bowl. Stir in 1/4 cup milk, 1 cup frozen whipped topping, and 1 lemon.
Whip in large bowl until creamy. Add 1 teaspoon sugar (optional) and 1/4 cup white sugar (optional) until desired consistency is reached. Serve with lemon juice.
