6 shelled white pepper
4 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat the broiler.
Prepare 4 large pepper pies according to manufacturer's instructions, excluding crust. Gently push each pie out of the way of the edges watching carefully to not cut the bottom slightly off. Spread pepper and curry powders inside of pepper filled pies, allowing them to drip off the sides.
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 5-inch rounds, or until pastry is golden and firm. Let cool until set, 15 minutes.
