1 (15 ounce) can French vanilla
1 (10 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 eggs
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/4 cup applesauce
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup semi-frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup raisins
In a medium bowl, mix together French vanilla, orange juice concentrate, eggs, sugar, and applesauce. Slowly drizzle half of the mixture over pudding, then garnish with coconut and other topping. Cover bowl with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare pudding by boiling milk in water until pudding thickens to the consistency of cream. Remove from heat. Add equally amounts of applesauce, cinnamon and nutmeg to creme pot. Pour over pudding.
