2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a small bowl, mix egg yolk and sugar. Cover and refrigerate. In a large bowl, combine orange juice, lemon juice, lemon rind, orange rind, lemon juice, lemon rind, lemon rind, and lemon rind. Add instant coffee, nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste.
