3 cup all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups white sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) container frozen Yakult Flavor sifted cereal
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons peanut butter, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, form the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir it into the remaining mixture. Increase oven temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl, combine the eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Preserve the grain cereal and brown sugar and sprinkle the mixture over the surface of the dough in the bowl. On a floured surface, roll the mixture out to 1/4 inch in thickness. Cut into 1 inch slices. Place the slices 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cool in the pan for five minutes before removing from the oven. You can easily collect cookies by toothpicks.
