1 pound cooked, natural shrimp
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup chopped cooked or processed food colors
1 (16 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
In a medium bowl, combine the egg and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon flavored gelatin, flour, baking powder and and salt. Stir the egg mixture into the mix. Pour the batter onto the prepared pie pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
