Easy Slow Cooker Ramen Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound fresh ginger root, stems removed

3 cups ramen noodles

3 pounds beef jerky split

Directions

Grease an 8x8 inch or larger dish.

In a large pot, fry ginger root until very tender (about 2 minutes). Drain and stir in noodles to cover.

Sprinkle one side of ramen pieces with 1 teaspoon ground ginger, whisking frequently. Place in pot with broth. Let simmer for one hour and stir occasionally.
