1 cup vodka
1 cup white rum
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend vodka, rum and sugar into 1-quart ice cube trays. Stir in water until all ingredients are covered. Chill in refrigerator at least 12 hours or overnight.
In a blender, combine vodka mixture, sugar and cold water. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid. When firm, store in freezer.
