1 (16 ounce) package fried tofu
2/3 cup water
1 (1 ounce) package optional thickening mix
1/3 cup water
2 1/2 cups water
1 (4.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/3 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine water, oil, chicken bouillon paste, and water. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens; do not boil, 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, combine desired amount of tomato paste, cheese and tomato paste. Spoon over tofu.
