Pumpkin Seeds and Apple Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

4 1/2 cups frozen chopped pumpkin

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup butter

3 cups milk

3 tablespoons water

1 cup applesauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a large saucepan, stir together 1/2 cup water, flour and pumpkin. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, or until thick. Stir in salt and cinnamon, and let cook for a few minutes.

In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup butter, milk and water to make a thick sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add applesauce and boil for 1 minute.
