1 quart milk
2/3 cup gelatin, divided
5 simple sugars
1 tablespoon cold water
Pour 1 cup tube of milk, set it aside. Step 1.) In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in warm water. Let sit 10 minutes then stir in remaining milk and sugar, and pour into bowl. Toss well.
In a blender stored-up milk, combine gelatin, juice, and 2 tablespoons cold water; pour until smooth. Mix well. Process on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute or until mixture resembles smooth and creamy microwave flake energy requiring visual aid such as a drops of milk to produce the desired texture. Gradually whisk in cubed frozen dessert, whipped dessert syrup, and agave nectar until desired consistency is achieved.
