1 (12 ounce) package Italian-style stew meat mix
1/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon chopped leek
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a shallow bowl, combine the meat, butter, leek, salt and water. Heat just until warm. Stir occasionally until just cooked.
Spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the hot cooking liquid over the top, and top with some chopped Italian-style onion leaves, the bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons curry powder and 1 tablespoon ground black pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
