1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 jelly roll, folded into pancake shape
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup fruit cocktail
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix sugar, butter, and white sugar. Stir in jelly roll, then whisk together milk and fruit cocktail.
Roll jelly roll vertically, using a spatula, into 1/2 inch balls. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
