1 cup lukewarm water
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon roasted garlic
4 cloves dried basil
4 teaspoons dried basil

10 pounds tomatoes
5 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup Garlic powder
2 tablespoons white wine
salt and pepper to taste
In a sterile measuring cup, combine 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of garlic, 4 cloves of basil, 4 teaspoons of dried basil, 5 teaspoons of dried basil, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons wine; mix well.
Transfer mixture to serving dishes, and stir in salt and pepper. Heat oil to medium heat in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
