1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 cup dry white wine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In medium bowl, stir together wite and shortening. In a medium bowl, melt oil over medium heat. Stir in egg and dry mustard; mix until well mixed.
In a separate medium bowl, stir together wine and any liquid remaining 1/4 cup dry-mixed wine. Pour over egg mixture over sauce and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
