1 pound ground beef
1 (10 ounce) can refried beans
1 onion, diced
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded tomato
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded tomato
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, refried beans, onion, green chiles, cheese, and lettuce. Mix in tomato, tomato and lettuce. Transfer mixture to a large casserole dish and spread over taco shell.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes or until heated through. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
