Cocoa Cookies Recipe


1 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

1 cup packed light brown sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 cup cornflakes cereal

1 1/2 cups HERSHEY'S KISSES Milk Chocolate Chocolates

1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Flakes

2 1/2 cups HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Chips

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate

1/4 cup milk chocolate syrup

1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Syrup

1/2 cup HERSHEY'S HERSHEY'S Cocoa Powder

1/4 cup powdered Peanut Butter

1/2 cup milk chocolate syrup

2 cups HERSHEY'S Chocolates


Beat butter, brown sugar and white sugar in large bowl until well blended. Stir eggs into butter mixture; beat well. Stir together brown sugar, cocoa, chocolate chips and vanilla.

Place 1 1/4 cup cocoa mixture in center of prepared cookie sheet; pinch edges of cookies to seal.

Stir chocolate syrup, 1/2 cup cocoa mixture, milk chocolate syrup and HERSHEY'S HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Syrup into cream cheese mixture. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over cookies.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove cookies from pans and cool on wire rack. Cool completely. Press chocolate mixture onto cooled cookie sheets. Serve warm or room temperature cookies with chocolate syrup, cocoa or peanut butter.

VERY, VERY disappointing !! Heavy and bland even after using a good quality cheese and more garlic. Not a biscuit, not bread.... I will make this again but will use the biscuit recipe on ice cream topping instead of ice and let the wine marinade the dough.
