1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 (.25 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
To Make Frosting: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and egg together until smooth. Spread mixture into bottom of crust. Chill 10 minutes before serving.
