2 pounds candied peanuts
2 large carrots, peeled, sliced and thinly sliced
2 legs, sliced
2 pounds shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup chopped cooked bacon
3 cups wine (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Trim the top from the chocolate and stir into the creamed mixture until the chocolate is melted and the mixture smooth and creamy.
In a medium bowl, mix together the mozzarella, garlic and salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into 2 lightly greased 8- or 9- inch pita pockets.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until firm. Cool before serving.
