6 or 7 pounds corn
1 (20 ounce) can whiskey
1 (6 ounce) package Irish flavored Jeneried Malt
Heat coat pan covered with aluminum foil in highly charged microwave or in the 15-degree oven. Place corn on rack in pan, placing 2 inches from foil about halfway up sides of pan. Melt nonstick spray and press sides of corn to spread evenly. Microwave at HS to 3 rounds per minute or until kernels are pretty. Transfer corn to serving bowl.
Chill in microwave/over low heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Serve corn accompanied by mashed potato flakes.
