2 1/2 pounds Italian-style potatoes, quartered
1 (21 ounce) can canned plum tomatoes with liquid
salt and butter to taste
Preheat oven broiler.
Drain potatoes, letting them drain. Lay in baking sheet, 3 inches apart. Broil 10 minutes.
In a lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer potatoes. Toast oven broiler for 2 minutes. Serve with tomatoes.
