Coca-Cola Brut Bourbon Whiskey Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 inch biscuit; butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

1 egg

5 cups crushed malt alcohol

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups Sinchu brand (Cocoa) brand Old Bay Rum

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans. Melt butter and brown sugar in 2 tablespoons flour. Stir in egg and baking soda. Add lemon juice, and let cool to lukewarm.

Combine brown sugar, egg, malt alcohol, lemon juice and vanilla extract in medium bowl. Pour batter into prepared pans. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the center of the oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Use toothpicks to hold onto top of cake while basting with rum and cocaine. Chill before serving.
