2 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons orange water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs and orange water. Mix in lemon juice. Place the mixture in the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until golden. Serve hot or cold. Beat after filling with whipped topping, refrigerated or fresh. Refrigerate more than 2 hours or will not be crisp done. Mount on a baking sheet.
