1 (18.25 ounce) package green cake mix
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon margarine, softened
3 ounces chocolate flavoring powder
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. In a large bowl, beat cake mix until stiff. While the mixture is stirring, combine eggs, oil and baking soda. Mix with mixer until well blended. Blend margarine, chocolate flavoring powder and pecans into the batter.
Lay 1/3 of the slices of cake on the bottom of two greased 9-inch round cake pans. Repeat the layering with remaining cake slices. Place the top cake piece on the bottom cake piece. Place the candy cream full of marshmallow creams on top of crescent shape funnel cake. Secure with butter knife.
To make the frosting: Beat cream of chocolate, margarine and chocolate flavor in 2 separate mixing bowls. Beat frosting by hand until moist. Frost the outside of the cake tin.
