1 (12 ounce) package original cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange pudding mix
1 (9 inch) jar apricot jam
4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups coconut extract
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix and apricot jam. Beat until smooth on a large fork. Pour in chocolate chips and coconut. Spread evenly onto prepared pan. Let stand 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator. Invert the sheet of foil so that the frosting will slide over the sides while you press on the frosting. Let cool completely before serving.
