1/2 (10 ounce) can hominy (chicken broth)
1 small onion, sliced into rings
1 cup water
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley
In a medium mixing bowl, mix hominy, onion, water, bouillon, chicken broth, boiling water, margarine, paprika, garlic powder, parsley and poultry seasoning. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Make sure that pan is completely covered. Arrange chicken pieces in the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 90 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
