2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together white sugar, eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat in 3/4 cup melted semisweet chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 11 minutes in the preheated oven, or until slightly brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
