1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup water
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 quart chicken broth
In an electric blender, combine corn syrup, sugar, corn syrup, onions, garlic, basil, oregano, basil, oregano, sage, thyme, marjoram, olive oil and water. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture into a chilled 4 quart serving bowl and sprinkle with chicken broth.
