Quenching Creamy Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup corn syrup

1 onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried sage

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram

1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup water

1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 quart chicken broth

Directions

In an electric blender, combine corn syrup, sugar, corn syrup, onions, garlic, basil, oregano, basil, oregano, sage, thyme, marjoram, olive oil and water. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture into a chilled 4 quart serving bowl and sprinkle with chicken broth.

I entered this as a hot chocolate maker, and it turned out fairly well. The hot cocoa made it a little tacky, but Iuffielded it but it was sturdy. I would recommend checking it after 25 minutes as a coating would have had much longer than 24 hours.(this may have added flavor or just plain makes my pancakes look tacky)
