1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Place the cheese in a medium bowl. Mix well. Shape into small, 1/2 inch balls. Place 1 to 2 inches apart on a medium baking sheet and liquid should coat slightly.
Place balls of cheese on waxed paper and refrigerate until firm. Roll balls in garlic powder to coat and serve warm.
