I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! My husband really liked them and they were very easy to make. I only used 1/2 cup of raisins and 1/2 c of chopped pecans. Heated two cups of that, then added the raisins back at the end. Quick and easy but a little time intensive. I would recommend this recipe to anyone, great to be served as a family dinner or even a nice entertaining dinner. Just to refresh my memory... I had raisins in my fridge when I made this but they were small and cartouche-worthy. So I just left them out and it was still quite good. However...
