1 (2 liter) can pineapple with juice
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger sherry
1/2 lime, garnish
In a highball glass, fill with ice a 3-1/2 liter can pineapple and garnish with lime.
I made this quick, easy and delicious. The dough directions are a bit confusing so I kinda winged it. I doubled the recipe and came up with a great addition....I added a bunch of fresh red pepper flakes and cooked them with the rice. I also doubled the amount of broth and used LENTILS EXCEPT I didn't have fresh green beans. I plans on making this again. Thanks for the pic!!!!
