1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 2/3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 jigger raspberry flavored vodka
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together milk, sugar and egg yolks. Mix until medium. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix in raspberry flavored vodka. Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool completely on wire rack.
