1 (15 ounce) can chopped black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Immediately place black beans in a large mixing bowl. Mix in cream cheese and onion.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add beans and cook for about 5 minutes or until color is very dark. Stir in bell pepper and cook for about 5 minutes more, stirring frequently.
