Chocolate Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking soda/water

1/2 teaspoon baking powder/sugar

1 cup milk

1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups banana slices

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans.

In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking soda/water and baking powder/sugar. Stir into banana flour mixture until batter is moistened. Fold in pudding mix and milk. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in milk and evaporated milk. Beat in banana slices. Spread evenly into prepared loaf pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool loaf completely before cutting into squares.
