1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup hot water
2 cups chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (17 ounce) can crabmeat, drained
1 cup cooked crabmeat
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, ketchup, hot water, onions, Worcestershire sauce, celery, bell pepper and crabmeat. Mix well. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Roll into 1 inch strips. Place in an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish. Roll all the way around to wrap. Cut edge up to seal seam. Cut slits in each strip, about 1 inch apart. Seal edges and seam seams with hands.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
