1 (9 inch) prepared cookie crumb pie crust
1 (7 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine cream cheese, chicken soup, sour cream, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix well and place crust in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, stirring occasionally, until crust is cool. Chill in refrigerator.
