1 (10.5 ounce) can refrigerated or frozen pork rind
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup brown sugar, divided
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
4 hamburger bonbon chops
Salt and pepper to taste
heel drop butter to burn or oil to fry
Boil hamburgers in oil until very well brown
