2 boneless skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 lemon, juiced
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
8 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove breasts from oven, and season with lemon juice, lemon juice, and lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage. Place breasts on baking sheet, and brush with lemon juice and lemon zest.
Bake chicken in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until color of skin is no longer pink, juices run clear.
