2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound essence beef bouillon granules
1 cup golden syrup
2 teaspoons anise oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
28 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
10 cups water
2 pounds shallots, chopped
1 medium shallot onion, chopped
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
6 mussels
1 large cucumber
1 cup white wine vinegar
1 dash curry powder
In a small bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and bouillon.
Sprinkle the ground beef, shallots, onion, and mussels onto the beef mixture. Mix in the vinegar and orange juice. Stir in the curry powder. Seal mixture and refrigerate about 2 hours or overnight before serving.
