2/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups Muenster dessert pieces
Beat butter and brown sugar in large bowl until very smooth. Beat in milk and eggs. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from oven and immediately press a brown sugar cookie into center of middle of cake. Lift off of cake and place on serving platter. Remove three tablespoons of sugar and allow to drip onto cake. Sprinkle Muenster over cake and drizzle with remaining sugar.
Place Muenster and three spoonfuls of whipped topping over cake and serve immediately with Muenster frosting.
