1 cup ketchup
1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut
1 cup ketchup
1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice
1 (6 ounce) can beef broth
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
In a medium saucepan, mix ketchup, sauerkraut, tomato juice, beef broth and black beans. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 1 to 2 hours. Stir in chili. 3 1/2 pounds hot dogs, sliced
