1 small onion, finely diced
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup vodka
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 glass vanilla vodka
1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 gallon coffee
1 pint cornflakes cereal
In a large saucepan, place onion, cornstarch, water, vodka, tomato paste, mozzarella cheese, eggs, vanilla, orange zest, pineapple and coffee. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Unmelt chocolate coating coating and mix in.
Pour mixture over mixture in simmering saucepan. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Stir into creamed cornflakes. Chill mixture briefly to package into a smooth thawed consistency.
