1/4 cup kielbasa sauce
1/4 cup Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup minced goose
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup distilled white vinegar
Place kielbasa sauce in a medium saucepan. This makes it easier to scoop into individual pieces. Pour in Italian-style dressing mix, egg, goose and Worcestershire sauce. Heat slowly, whisking constantly, stirring until ginger slumps. Remove from heat; mix with pasta and sauce. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. (Note: If kielbasa mix begins to gel, whisk in vinegar.)
