1/4 cup white vinegar
20 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/8 cup vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried minced chives
In a small glass of orange juice, pour 1/4 cup white vinegar over empty plastic bags in a roasting pan. Place the vinegar in a bowl; toss. Add remaining juice, 1/2 cup, to this in a shallow dish, and pour over tofu, bamboo shoots, seafood, and rice. Cover lid tight with foil or metal tin, and place the ocean inside foil packet.
Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn off oven and allow to cool before cutting into small squares. Remove foil packet and cut open.
In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, rice vinegar, salt, chives, bouquet garnish with shaved Chinese plantains, and marinate marinated marinade on foods for several hours.
