2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 small onion, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup milk
1 dash paprika
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
2 bay leaves
1 large apple - peeled, cored and diced
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, onions, lemon juice and milk; cook, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through. Mix together with the paprika, marjoram, sage, thyme, rosemary, dill, and sage. Pour chicken mixture into shallow dish or plate; stir gently to thoroughly coat. Cover, and refrigerate until serving. Garnish with pineapple and apples.
