8 ounces breadcrumbs
1 (8 ounce) can boneless chicken meat
1 (4 ounce) can kielbasa, drained
1 (3 ounce) can tomato juice concentrate
1 (9x9 inch) pan Creole and/or Italian-style croutons
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease rollers.
Pour chicken meat into a 12x16 inch casserole dish or broil pan and sprinkle with kielbasa.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine tomato juice concentrate, creole and/or Italian croutons, chicken, tomato and chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
