1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, mix taco seasoning, tomato sauce, sour cream, hot pepper sauce and onion. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Using a large spoon, mix Cheddar cheese and onion. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Dice beef into medium-size pieces. Drizzle soup of tomato mixture into a 5 o'clock cup serving bowl. Sprinkle with greens and cheese. Chill.
