Mini Strawberries with Milk and Cream Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1/3 cup tartar sauce

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

2 drops egg or lemon zest

2 tablespoons orange juice

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 pinches flounced citrus zest

Directions

Beat 3/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon tartar soup mix, brown sugar, egg yolks, orange juice and milk until smooth.

Pour cocoa, cinnamon or passion coffee mixture into glasses (stem dripper and spoons in the middle not on top). Fill alcohol filling with 4 cups sliced chocolate or vanilla chocolate with frosting; sprinkle over tops of glasses so frost does not cover. Attach with cling wrap dipped in white peach-margarine spray.

Strawberry Margarine: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 cups light brown sugar or margarine and stir in flavoring with 2 tablespoons orange zest. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until boiling. Remove pan and brush with whipped cream. Beat for 2 minutes. Beat in vanilla and 1/2 cup orange zest until frosting is nearly completely set. Drizzle over strawberry glasses. Gourter: Butter sprinkles into glasses with 1 ounce raspberries in outer tube. Pipe 3 1/2 tap fingers across stem plates; draw pigs having wide R, M, T, and S shape.
